Thought this episode on the podcast was interesting. A little backstory: I was raised by a business man. Instead of music I was given business audio books to listen too. Instead of parities with friends I was taken to parities with brokers. The present didn't matter. What did was the past (titans of industry/patterns of history) and predicting the future. If he couldn't make it to the emergency room an employee would.

@justdelany Your backstory is interesting. How do you feel looking back on the business lens your father promoted when you were young? Do you know many people who grew up like you did? (I found this episode interesting as well.)
