it's unclear what the product does. the site has zero information. am I right in guessing that it's a virtual assistant app for teams?

@_jacksmith Hi Jack, thank you for checking us out. Yes, we're a executive virtual assistant service built for teams. Our links got edited, but you can learn all about Red Butler by visiting http://www.redbutler.com. What makes our model and approach unique is that Red Butler utilizes a two tiered system. On one hand, you have a Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) who is your main point of contact that ensures tight integration, preferences and quality. In addition, you get an entire team of Red Butler Administrators (RBA) - instead of just one individual to handle your requests. This way you can have multiple requests completed at once, 12 hours of workday coverage and access to talent across our entire company - no bottle necks and no churn to worry about. Our latest launch includes the ability to share your purchased hours with up to 50 team members. You can send invitations to users, place caps on utilization, track productivity, direct message and more. Here's a blog entry about our latest team sharing capabilities - http://btlr.net/1GkO7wX. Happy to answer any more questions, thanks for checking us out!

First off let me say that I have known these guys for years and am working with the founder on a huge project. That being said I am quite particular about my tools, and never having had a dedicated assistant I try out many of these services. This is the first one that has worked for me. Im a fan of the product and the team behind it. Hoping @dannyabas will come in and answer some questions. Would love if I could access this product from within slack.

@jmacias Thanks for the introduction and glad to hear that Red Butler's helped you stay productive. We've spent years improving our model to scale, while maintaining quality. We're really focused right now on team sharing. Red Butler works sort of like a family data plan now, where you can buy hours, share them and even place caps on users. Slack is definitely on the horizon, so hang tight and thanks again for the support.
