We first launched Dover in 2019 with a product focused on helping companies find great candidates. Over the past few years, we've been fortunate to work with 200+ incredible companies.
Since GPT-3 came out, we've experimenting with using it across our stack. A fun use case is pushing the limits of recruiting email personalization.
As anyone who has done recruiting will tell you -- one of the most challenging parts of recruiting is writing good cold outreach. In particular, personalizing cold emails -- which is a perfect use case for generative AI.
We're excited to share a free tool we put together that uses GPT-3 + info about the candidate to generate a compelling and creative outreach email in seconds. Play around with tone, style and even put in custom prompts. Here's some fun prompts to try:
