I tried in on some low quality photos of German receipts and it recognized the price and the name of the place! 😃 But only after I "scanned" the photos with CamScanner. It got the price and name wrong otherwise so it wouldn't save much time. It would be pretty perfect if it would also "scan" the photos before firing up the text recognition.

Absolutely love this app, it has freed up so much of my time. Light weight features, just snap a photo, it can read the receipt info automatically in seconds, no need to enter total and tax for each receipt.

Support. the web site provides no information and when you request information they send a boilerplate response that also provides no information. Of all of all of the receipt scanning tools I've looked at, this one is the most pathetic.
