Welcome, @jerrycolonna. This might be an unfair, broad question but if you could give first-time CEO's one piece of advice, what would it be? I'm asking for a friend. 😉

@jerrycolonna @rrhoover I'd definitely check out the 2nd half of Jerry's interview with Jason as he has some great tips for first-time CEO's:
I also love this post: http://www.reboot.io/what-do-you... Also see this talk @jerrycolonna gave at Spark: http://player.vimeo.com/video/98... And of course, come to a bootcamp!

@jerrycolonna @danputt absolutely love this. depression/burn-out among founder-types is rampant. what's a couple pieces of advice you tell entrepreneurs to avoid burn-out? also, asking for a friend :P

@jerrycolonna @danputt @eriktorenberg Erik I'd tell your friend to check out the Reboot Podcast with Rand Fishkin where they talk about depression in entrepreneurship: http://www.reboot.io/episode/7-r... also this talk Jerry gave at Pioneers Festival:
as well as one of my favorite blog posts on this topic: http://www.reboot.io/work-life-b...

One of my favorite episodes of @Jason's This Week in Startups was the one with @jerrycolonna (and I've seen over 500 episodes):
Awesome to see him doing his own podcast, especially on an important, under-covered topic like this.

This looks like a "must listen" during my morning commute. Also, good to see @danputt back in action w. a new product!

This podcast is really amazing. For those who aren't familiar with Jerry, he's a former VC (was partners with Fred Wilson) turned executive coach. On the Reboot podcast, he basically opens his coaching sessions to the world and let's us listen in. It's very fascinating how vulnerable and open people are willing to be, and I learn a lot about myself by listening. Anyway, wanted to share it with all of you here on PH. Hopefully we can get Jerry to do an AMA!

I'll leave the tough questions to @jerrycolonna but I just wanted to chime in here and say I appreciate the support for the podcast. As a podcast connoisseur and someone who was fortunate enough to work with Jerry as a client for a number of years (and to have seen firsthand the impact a good coach can have), I'm thrilled to help bring this conversation to the forefront through Reboot and the podcast. I'd love to hear any thoughts, feedback, topic suggestions and of course any guest ideas you all may have(especially if it is you!).

I'm a huge fan of this podcast. Each episode is filled with tons of insight, truth and emotion. Jerry is clearly a talented therapist and advocate/support for founders and the founders in return dare to be vulnerable and emotional which we don't hear firsthand often enough.

If you are a leader of a startup - no matter what phase you're in, pay attention. Jerry and his partners are doing something really special to help keep us all sane as we navigate the process of creating something from nothing. Really powerful.

For any startup founder - this podcast brings out the unspoken but very real truth. Must listen.
Jerry Colonna
@bsrubin thanks Ben. I feel a little odd liking my own work. ;)
