Take control of those devices that don't have HomeKit, Alexa or Google Assistant support.
Through a simple interface containing just a slider and a few buttons, you can easily adjust light brightness, speaker volume, heat and whatever you can think of!

Here at "The low-tech guys" we have a lot of smart devices, some with HomeKit support, some need shouting at Alexa and some.. uncontrollable by ordinary means. They either have their own half-baked app (you know them πŸ˜’), or an IR remote (oh boy.. πŸ™ƒ) or even require you to touch them or press buttons on them with your human fingers πŸ‘†(faints. πŸ˜‘) Volum is a macOS and iOS (and iPadOS) app for controlling those rogue devices. As long as they're on your network and support simple HTTP requests, Volum will be able to control their brightness, volume, temperature or whatever it is that you want to adjust. We use Volum to control: β€’ πŸ”ˆ our big Edifier speakers that only have an IR remote which fails to work half of the time (and the other half you have no idea where you left it) β€’ πŸ›‹ HomeAssistant groups of lights (yeah we know HomeAssistant has an app already, but it's not native and the UI gets complicated fast) β€’ ✨ ESPHome battery powered string lights β€’ πŸ“Ό Yamaha AVRs connected to Mac Mini and TV
