Craft online quizzes that aren't just multiple-choice πΆ
Allow students to engage with open questions and instantly see feedback π¨βπ
And for teachers π§βπ« ?
A seamless editing experience. Create quiz in a "Notion like" editor in seconds.
Hey makers π,
Introducing my new app, QuizUp, which I initially developed for myself to share quizzes with my students (I'm an online instructor).
TLDR: I've utilized AI to create "Open Question Quizzes" that will be corrected by AI. You can design quizzes using a Notion-like editor, giving them the feel of real paper tests.
You can test it here : https://my.quizup.app/s/quizzes/...
π² Features π²
β’ Craft quizzes using a Notion-like editor.
β’ Create open-ended questions that will be corrected with AI.
β’ Design multiple choice questions.
β’ Share your quizzes.
β’ View statistics for your quizzes.
β’ See student answers.
β’ Detect if a student has cheated (e.g., left the page).
β’ Set time limits for your quizzes.
π§βπ Who is this product for? π§βπ
I believe this product can immensely benefit students. My target audience includes:
β’ Online instructors like me, helping students retain information.
β’ Corporate trainers: to assess, reinforce, and enhance employee knowledge.
β’ School teachers: to design intricate quizzes and assist students in memory retention.
π§ Why you need it π§
The brain retains information through "retrieval"; when you are required to recall an answer on your own. Multiple choice quizzes can fall short because they donβt always demand retrieval. Instead, sometimes you only need to discern the incorrect options.

From students perspective instant feedback is extremely nice but does it not make it possible to cheat and ask others what is the correct answer? Congratulations on todays launch!
@sandradjajic Hi, yes it is possible to cheat and ask ChatGPT every time. There is a feature that checks if the user stays on the screen to avoid cheating.
I need to add a modal that informs the user that they need to stay on the page.
This is f***ing awesome. I don't know what else is to say. The UI is just right. Although I had to submit my demo test twice to get an answer. Already sent to a friend teacher. He also loved it. I'm wondering, could this solution be deployed at scale for live interview assessments? It'd be nice to being able to connect it with an app and that it displays one quiz or another depending on the parameters I choose. For example, if I have an interview about a sales role, click a "Send quiz" button and it automatically detects what role it is and displays the right quiz. I see it as automatic behavioural-based choice of quiz. Congrats to the team and keep working on it! Actually solves a real problem. It's awesome. Kudos.
@alvarovillalb_ Hi! Thanks you for this f***** message!
Sorry for the bug, I'll check that.
Yes, I also think about an interview feature; it can be great and more powerful than a QCM. And all your ideas are great, thanks you!
Your idea about automatic behavior can be really good and open a B2B market of recruitment very interesting.
I love this idea! As someone who built a learning management system in one of my previous jobs, having something like this would have been incredibly helpful for the course quizzes.
As an online tutor, I really appreciate what you are building! I wonder if I can use it to make questions for language learning. It would be cool if I can import audio file to make listening comprehension question!
