Quill automatically captures every copied text, making it easy to access and organize your text snippets whenever needed. It's simple, elegant, and intuitive, with powerful features that ensure no idea or important information is lost.
I’m excited to introduce Quill, a simple yet powerful clipboard manager for macOS! 🚀
Why Quill?
I built Quill because I often found myself frustrated trying to keep track of important copied texts — whether from my Mac or my phone. Copying something usually means I need it soon, but with no easy way to manage multiple clipboard items, I was constantly re-copying, losing, or forgetting snippets. Quill solves this by letting you access your clipboard history effortlessly, keep your important items locked in, and even work seamlessly with Universal Clipboard across your devices.
Some Cool Features:
• ✨ Universal Clipboard Integration: Automatically captures copied texts across your Apple devices.
• 🔍 Smart Search & Organization: Find your saved items quickly.
• 🔒 Lock Clips: Keep those crucial snippets secure so they’re never lost.
• 🌙 Dark Mode: Perfect for late-night sessions.
We Need Your Feedback
This is still just the beginning. I’d love to hear what you think of Quill. What features would you love to see? How can we make clipboard management even better for you? Feel free to drop your thoughts or questions below — I’m here to chat!
Thanks so much for checking out Quill! 😊
Congratulations @bored_pxnda on the launch of Quill! This tool is both simple and elegant, capturing every copied text efficiently. It's great for accessing and organizing snippets, ensuring no idea is lost. How easy is it for beginners?
Huge congrats to the Quill team on today's launch! I'm intrigued by the auto-capture feature - How does Quill handle duplicate copies (e.g., when I accidentally copy the same text multiple times in a row)? Looking forward to hearing back and exploring Quill's workflow superpowers!
@ihuzaifashoukat So this was something I considered when working on it. It acknowledges the duplicate content and places it at the top of the clipboard stack. So you. never have multiple content.
