This is great! As you mention, virtual assistants are needed, but they're also often less helpful that they should be. Really appreciate the innovative focus and the Hipaa compliance. Excellent work!!

We're talking to a lot of Healthcare organizations that see real benefits in utilizing AI chatbots for their practice: answering mundane FAQs, drafting email responses, finding data quickly, providing quick answer responses etc. We hope that by providing the layer of HIPAA compliance /security (at an affordable cost) more healthcare organizations will be able to leverage the amazing potential of conversational AI.
Hope you have a great launch! I've talked to many potential customers in my customer validation phase of my startup and privacy/security is a common trend in what I'm hearing about people that are serious about incorporating LLMs into their business. Great job tackling these challenges!

We work with a lot of healthcare clients for whom data is very critical and they cannot risk sharing it with 3rd parties like OpenAI or these LLMs.
Hence we released the HIPAA Compliant version of our tool SmartChat Assistant, which you can directly integrate into your websites and applications without worrying about security and privacy.
Being HIPAA compliant is a huuuuuuge draw for this. What a great idea to onboard new businesses to AI support!

@sakthi_vignesh1 _ SmartChat Assistant can be used responsibly by healthcare professionals to provide assistance, not to replace them. It won't be used to prescribe medication. But it could be used to explain the side affects of a medication to an individual, or to remind patients to take medication prescribed by a doctor.
