Part of the reason we are saying "Live Chat is now 100% free" is because of the various "Free" live chat offers that all have some limitation: limited by number of operators, feature set or # of chats (or all of the above). In Pure Chat's case, 100% of the Live Chat features, for unlimited operators and unlimited chats is free.
Pure Chat is a full-featured live chat tool. They just changed their pricing to be completely free for unlimited chats and unlimited users.
We tried several chat services before settling on PureChat. I have no financial interest in the company. I recommend anyone with a need to give it a spin.

Really like it for the way it lets you monitor who is currently browsing your website and what pages they're looking at.
Pros:free version, visitors' monitoring/overview, quite easy to use, many customization options
Cons:quite basic reporting/analytics
Pure Chat is a great one if you're looking for a chat to support your visitors in an active manner and you want to analyze what pages are currently browsed by your customers.
We've been using it at picksaas for some time and it was a really great way to engage with our visitors more personally, seeing their movement on the website and approaching with an individual offer.
Very good product to start with
