Hi @guy . No, you don´t need to make the changes. The great thing about Pruvo is that we are an alert service, but you, the customer, are in the driver´s seat the whole time. If you like the better offer we send you, awesome! Rebook and save. If not, no problem, we will continue to search for price drops till we find you an offer you like.

1. We take our cut from the OTA, not from the customer :-)
2. We provide multiple options for the customer, so that they can rebook with the website/offer they feel most comfortable with.
3. We do not make any changes on behalf of the customer. We alert the customer, and they are in control throughout the whole rebooking process.

Hi @dan_balter . No, you (the customer) is in charge of rebooking the new reservation and cancelling the original one. Pruvo is an alert service, but the customer makes the decisions and takes action.

In 2015, I was planning my honeymoon. After booking my hotels with a well-known website, I decided to upgrade some of my rooms a few weeks later. I was astonished to discover that almost half of the rooms I had booked were 30%-35% cheaper than what I had originally paid! I just couldn’t believe what a sucker I was for paying 35% more than necessary!
Once we discovered that price drops after booking a hotel occur extremely often, my co-founder Regev Brody and I decided that we are probably not the only people that are disturbed by the fact that hotels are heavily overpriced and started developing Pruvo. How do we monetize you ask? Very simple. We have affiliate agreements with all the major online booking platforms. Once we direct you to the cheaper rate for your hotel, they pay us a commission after you complete your stay. Pure win-win situation.

Hi @etgar. Yes, our algorithm searched for the exact same room OR BETTER , as long as it's cheaper than your original hotel reservation.
Hi @lara_goldstein . No catch. We get paid a commission from the site we found you the better deal. We work for you, they pay us. If we don´t find you a better deal than what you have, we don´t get paid. Pure Win Win situation :-)
Hi @bram_taylor . No. Pruvo is an alert service. We will direct you to the better offer, but you will be in charge of rebooking the cheaper offer, and then cancelling the original, more expensive one. Simply stated, you are in the driver´s seat the whole time!
Hi @dan_magidenko . You will get an email notifying you once we detect a price drop. The email will let you know the total savings amount, and direct you to the relevant website where we found the better offer.
As of TODAY, you will also get notifications on your Chrome Browser thanks to the upgraded f features to our Extension.
After you found a better price and I rebook, will you detect my updated, cheaper reservation and continue to search for price drops?
Hi @shakedbr . Yes, our Chrome Extension will import the info of your new, cheaper reservation, and we will start searching for better prices. Quite common that a hotel reservation experiences 2 or even 3 price drops...we got you covered, regardless of how many times the price drops.

o Hotel Name
o Address + city + country of hotel
o Check in Date
o Check out Date
o Meal Plan
o Amenities (wifi, parking etc)
o Room Type
o How many rooms in reservation (and each room type)
o Number of Adults
o Number of Children
o Cancellation policy and last date of free cancellation
o Price and what it includes (taxes etc)
o Email address the customer uses to forward their reservation.
