I feel like a huge amount of companies are going to realize that remote working works and they can save millions of dollars on office leases. I bet a lot of companies just keep people home permanently.
Gregory Blondeau
@kensavage yes you are right, many companies are now looking at their real estate and deciding to reduce their needs for space significantly. That being said I don't think the office will disappear, they will however change fundamentally. I believe offices will become central hubs, sort of beehives for organizations, places where employees spend part of their time to have a different work experience than at home or in a remote location. Companies need to rethink their offices and their global real estate needs to adapt to that new reality, they need to make them very attractive and flexible. There is absolutely no way that this is possible without technology. Proxyclick Flow will help them operate in that new reality.

Such a stellar team 😭 Thank you to our product team for putting in the blood, sweat, and tears (of joy, stress, and laughter) so we can be a part of the PH community! 🌟🌟🌟

Hello again Product Hunt! 🏁 Many thanks to Kevin for socially-distanced hunting us for the second time in our company's growth! πŸš€ If you're anything like us at Proxyclick, then you've probably been working from home or remotely for most of 2020. At some point we'll all need and want to get back to the office, and that's where Proxyclick Flow comes in! We can help you (and your employees and visitors and contractors) get back to the workplace safely with a 100% touchless check-in experience πŸ™πŸΌ TechCrunch is calling us "THE WORKPLACE TECH SAVIORS of 2020," well, not exactly but close enough. They said we "beefed up the workflow engine that companies can adapt based on their own unique entrance and exit requirements." This means that we can now also help you safely and seamlessly check in your employees during this time of COVID-19. Even our most anxious employee, Henry, is now carefree and living his best life using our Proxyclick Proovr app to get with the Proxyclick Flow 🌊 After running this new platform in beta for months, we're so excited to be able to share it with the world so that we can all head back to the office with less stress. We'd love your feedback and help in sharing this news πŸ”₯! PS: Anxious Henry may or may not be making an appearance today, so be on the lookout for him!
Jun Song
@gregblondeau Hope to see Anxious Henry! He has a fan club already πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
Meara Hamidiani
@gregblondeau 30 seconds in...if only we could all be as fly as Henry living his best life, in that jean jacket, putting on his mask like a pro 😎
Henry Mossop
@gregblondeau @meara_hamidiani I've been told a jeans jacket is a Canadian Tudexo. I was told to dress to impress and what's more impressive than a Canadian?
Meara Hamidiani
@henry_mossop It's the wearing of jean pants + a jean jacket that makes it a Canadian Tuxedo! And totally agree πŸ’―
Max Prilutskiy
Launching soon!
Sounds great! πŸ‘
Gregory Blondeau
@prilutskiy thanks Max!
Jun Song
Thank you for creating something that doesn't make me dread going back to the office πŸ™πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ»
Meara Hamidiani
Yessss this is the way to fully ditch that paper sign-in form, and stop making people share pens or touch common surfaces when entering the office - it's 2020! ALL about that touchless check-in πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
Jun Song
I get to keep all my pens to myself yayyyyyyyyyyyy!
Harish Peri
In the flow - Proxyclick Flow that is. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ‘ŽUnless you’re Anxious Henry, then I don’t know. This is the future everyone. Stop touching surfaces, stay safe and get back to work the right wayπŸ”₯πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽
Jun Song
@harish_peri poor Henry.... πŸ˜‚ Can we get "Stop touching surfaces" printed on a t-shirt?!
Kev Jones
@harish_peri "In the flow, the Proxyclick Flow - unless you're anxious Henry, then I don't know" new Friday News rhyme?πŸ˜‚
Jun Song
@kev_jones KEVVVVVV. This will all be your fault...
Pearl McGuire
Do you think we could book @henry_mossop for a re-opening celebration with a ribbon-cutting and lots of not touching surfaces when can all be in the office together again? I am so happy, proud, and excited about this launch! Great work team!!
Jun Song
@henry_mossop @pearl_mcguire hahaha cheers to lots of not touching surfaces together πŸ™ˆ
Gregory Blondeau
@henry_mossop @pearl_mcguire @jundishes so much hype around Henry, he is even pictured in TechCrunch 🀣
Henry Mossop
Took some time to figure out how to comment on this without touching the keyboard, gotta be cautious! Thanks to Proxyclick Flow, I don't have to work out how to do that to get back to the office however. :D
Jun Song
Wait @henry_mossop...is this THE HENRY? THE "Poor Anxious Cautious" HENRY?!
Pieter Strouven
I haven't felt this excited about not touching stuff since my dinner with MC Hammer in the nineties.
Adeline Henry de Frahan
I have the same name and feel proud and safe to work in the same amazing company as Carefree Henry, I think i'm on the right track! 😎 and the best of it is that EVERYONE can be a Carefree Henry!! πŸ™ŒπŸŽ‰
Jun Song
@adeline_defrahan Carefree Adeline + Carefree Henry = "When you know, you just know!"

As a certified online expert in all things mental πŸ‘¨β€βš•οΈπŸ§  I looked into Anxious Henry's condition... Anxiety's second definition is; "a strong desire or concern to do something or for something to happen." πŸ€” Conclusion; Proxyclick Flow got me feeling anxious in all the right ways to go back to the office πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’¨ I can't wait!
Jun Song
"As a certified online expert in all things mental..." Yes, you are certifiably mental, Siebert! πŸ€ͺ Hopefully we can see each other in the office again soon!
Kev Jones
Proud to be a part of the team for the Proxyclick Flow delivery, what a team to work with!! πŸ”₯ Also, having extra cautious Henry as a benchmark for user testing really helped us; if he's happy, we know we are doing well πŸ˜… In any case, bravo to all involved! πŸ‘
Jun Song
Those extra cautious Henries in life sure do come in handy!
Tony Janssens
Proud to be part of this journey and part of the effort to make Henry less anxious !
Pablo Friesen
Congrats on the user-friendly app judging by the product demo.
Harish Peri
@pablofriesen Thanks Pablo! User experience is a key priority for us. One of our guiding principles is that Its not enough just to wire up all the systems for return to work - you also need to make it easy, psychologically reassuring and enticing for employees to *want* to come back.
Gregory Blondeau
@pablofriesen thanks Pablo, most solutions in the ripe-for-disruption access credentials world are built based on systems and authorizations, they are built inside-out. We took a different approach, putting people in the center and looking at the building from the outside
Frank Evans
This looks super solid. Do you have any case studies of apps and platforms which have rolled out this option already or is this brand new?
Harish Peri
@frankevans7 Thanks for asking! We've actually been in quiet beta for the last few months, but are officially launching now. On the customer front, we already have multiple organizations (including global Fortune 500 enterprises in various industries) using this for their employee return to work strategy. On the platform side, we've built more than 30 integrations to key players in the access control and workplace management space and are continuing to beef up that list. One recent example that we're super excited about is Robin (the desk booking and workplace management software). Happy to chat further if you'd like!
