We started by integrating with support tools like Intercom and Zendesk but quickly realised that our customers get feedback across a multitude of channels. That’s why I'm super excited to announce that you can now analyze customer feedback from 2,000+ services and apps with our new Zapier-Prodsight integration 🚀 Zapier allows you to connect your web services together using zero-code “zaps”. We have prepared loads of “zap” templates so you can get started as soon as possible. For example, with our Satismeter template, you’ll be able to automatically send new NPS survey responses directly to Prodsight, where they can be analyzed for key topics and sentiment alongside all your other feedback.
