We at Prefab Review recently launched “Prefab Concierge” where members of our staff provide free 1:1 support to our readers who are interested in building a prefab or modular home. Key things the service does is: 1. Help our readers understand the process 2. Help them choose which floor plans, designs, or custom prefab architect and manufacturer to work with 3. Help provide an understand of likely cost and ROI of different options 4. Connect readers with excellent local partners (agents, brokers, lenders, builders, etc) We launched the service because we were getting lots of inbound requests from readers to help them with their projects. The service hasn’t been going for very long, but it has been really interesting to see all the demand for it from different pockets of the population from young couples trying to afford a reasonable place to live in the Bay Area to those building luxury vacation homes all over the country to those looking to develop and sell homes using prefab to maximize profit.
