I've been using Popwork for the past 3 years to manage my team of sales reps. It's super helpful if you compel to the ritual they provide you on a weekly basis. It literally defuses any significant issues in my team by establishing better communication routine throughout the year. I highly recommend it!! And congrats to the Popwork team for this new version, I can't wait to test it out!!

HR is indeed a crucial aspect of any company, and if employees are not happy or if management is lacking, it can have a detrimental effect on the overall organization. Popwork is a game changer for teams! I couldn't manage my team without it. Each week, I know where my team members stand (mood, workload, achievements, roadblocks, etc.): I can easily prepare for my 1:1 meetings and follow up efficiently after the conversation. Popwork also helps me track objectives and develop my teams members through regular step-back conversations. As manager, I also get continuous insights on my team and management tips which helps me improve as team leader ✌️
