@foolywk sounds interesting. What are the advantages over Spark Teams?

Always been a big Polymail fan, and exciting to see them expand their suite of features for sales/internal teams. Inbound emails to teams are impossible to track as is. ๐Ÿ™

I'm a consultant that's usually on the go, so having an email app that syncs to a crm automatically and has native tracking features is a big plus. Excited to see where they take the collaboration features. I do go back and forth with people on emails, but i tend to use the "share email" function they have in the app. This sounds much easier to use.

Pros:

sleek, easy to use, native sales functionality that works on mobile (no plugins)

Cons:

Every now and then, when i try to use the search feature on mobile, the app will restart.

After the "update" to 2.0 we lost our spell checker, the 24-hour clock and (very annoying!) there was no more partial word search.

We just Payd Polymail an annual fee, but didn't even get a partial refund

Pros:

Nice clean design. Intuitive gestures

Cons:

Version 2.0 is a functional downgrade

Hey de, thanks for the feedback! We actually brought back the spellchecker in a recent update. If you had issues with your subscription, feel free to email me (foo@polymail.io) and we'll work something out :)

After the super sad shutdown of Newton, I've switched to Polymail. It's not my perfect email app yet, but it's super close and well above anything else that's out there.

I've used Polymail for 2.5 years. Teams is the best new feature I've seen. Game changer for our company

As a consultant and small business owner, I need to access multiple emails throughout the day. Polymail makes it easy to see what's going on across multiple accounts, do outbound campaigns when I'm prospecting, and track what's going on in my conversations. Pulling up old attachments, tracking read receipts, and seeing the social information of the people I'm talking to are all incredible features that make me much more productive and informed in my work.

Pros:

Beautifully designed; makes accessing multiple email accounts easy; great for business users

Cons:

So many updates, though this is a good thing because the team is super active on improving the product.

Mail is not fun, but Polymail makes it bearable.

The overall experience is really solid and familiar. While I wish the app was a little more exciting in terms of its design, it just works which is way more important. The features Polymail includes makes it a real powerhouse. I used to rely on various apps to accomplish certain mail related tasks, now Polymail just has it all baked in. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Pros:

It's Mailbox + Sparrow + Business Platform

Cons:

I lead a sales team for a tech company, we sell B2B SAAS. This tool has helped us as much as / more than any tool we also use. Thanks Polymail and good luck.

Pros:

Sales tools, SLEEK, easy to transition to from last system, team communication, read receipt tracking

Cons:

Sometimes, it's not perfect when off wifi

Sydney Liu

Let's be real....email isn't my favorite thing to do. But....Polymail certainly makes it more pleasant!

Pros:

The design is incredible and the product is sleek. Completely blown away by how this team releases things so quickly and beautifully!

Cons:

none!

I've been using Polymail for about a year now and I'm amazed to see the progress this team has made from the early iterations. It has come leaps and bounds. Like any startup there have been pivots, but as the end user every pivot has resulted in an even better, more powerful email client. This pivot is by far the most relevant to me. The more product focused folks on our team (Product Manager, Designer, UX Researcher) forward client emails and attachments a few times a month and messages slip through the cracks all the time. We end up having to drop these things in to slack where the context is lost forever. The ability to collaborate on the body of the message without starting an email chain or copy-pastaing in to Slack sounds like it'd be a huge boon to our team, and I'm excited to try this new superpower out.

Love where you are going with Polymail in general, but there's some stuff that pisses me out quite often. Like when you hit reply, but the text box doesn't activate automatically and you have to click on it to start typing. ARRRHGGGG. But otherwise lots of really useful features for sending out small email campaigns, sales, hiring etc.

Still no PGP / GPG Support? :c

It's interesting to see Polymail moving into the collaboration space, as more and more companies understand how important is collaboration across multiple people and departments is. As that's exactly what we also focus on at Planable. TBH, not a fan of new version and new desktop app, as I significantly liked the previous one more, but wish good luck to the team ;)
Vlad Korobov
I wish you guys have template variables and easier template addition and management. Why do I have go to settings for that? Templates and Campaigns should be the main focus, no?
Bee Lawl

Love how responsive the support team is with any questions or requests!

Pros:

Collaboration, Slack Integration, Amazing Mobile app, Pretty UI

Cons:

too much sauce

Alex Ratner
Nice! I'd love if the desktop version could "beautify" links and attachments similar to Mixmax.
