I use Point pretty frequently for maintaining communication on my mailing list. It's super intuitive and easy to use, and I really am pleased with the minimal UI to perform operations to speed up my drafting of an e-mail.
More importantly, Fil and Lambert are especially responsive to user feedback. I really am happy using the product and strongly recommend to others to use as well.
I've been using point for a while now, and it has changed the way I send emails. As a startup founder, you find that certain types of emails keep popping up: intro follow ups, providing intros, fundraising, sales, etc. Point allows me to easily create, store and access these email templates, reducing the amount of time I spend on repetitive typing. Their short sentence recommendations are also on point ;) and I find myself using point to complete short sentences too. Fil and team have provided amazing service and I'm really excited to see where the product goes.
In the worlds of Winston Churchill, "e-mail is the worst form of internet communication, except all those other forms that have been tried". Fil and the Point team are doing great work to make emails better, a most commendable and laudable endeavor the world should embrace.
Been using Point for well over half a year now and haven't looked back since. Has made my communication in a number of chat apps like Slack and Messenger substantially less tedious -- shortcuts for common expressions and expanding out acronyms. Point has also more than pulled its weight for support emails for me. I love that it prompts me to save something as a snippet right as I copy the text from a previous email that I wrote. I'm a huge fan of the archive of templates they offer. A number of them I would not have thought to create and it was super easy to add them to my own templates. Great product and would recommend to any heavy chat and email user
During my undergraduate research job, sending and following up on hundreds of emails used to take a big portion of my day. It was not only time-intensive but also energy draining. Copy-pasting a template and adjusting it seems quick and easy enough, but it does take so much time.
Point API sped up a lot of my work and added extra time to my work day. I am really happy to see the newest improvement! It looks so nice!
Point has really helped my workflow. I have to send tons of emails every day and with Point, I was able to save all my favorite templates. The sentence recommendations are also great and super customizable!

Point is a digital communications game changer. I have been using Point for a few months now. It has saved me many hours of email/LinkedIn/Slack messaging. Anyone who writes messages should have it. You are effectively able to streamline any type of email/message. As a founder and college student, this streamlines the variety of networking, sales, follow up, and personal emails I need to write. Huge fan of the white glove customer service provided by Filip and his team.
I am a grad student and I would say Point is very helpful when I draft emails to faculty members. I've been trying hard to deliver clear messages with proper words. When I create some message that conforms with the etiquette and that is applicable to lots of emails, Point stores that message so that I won't take time to write them again! That is a huge relief! :)
