Like another user mentioned, the support is very unprofessional. Shouldn't have spent money on this. I cannot believe a professional service can write some of the things in the email response I received! No thank you and also it wasn't my fault for not knowing, no I should know better cause am grown up and I should not deal with it either! Absolutely unbelievable! Work on your customer service, is what should happen and actually assist to resolve an issue instead of blaming and disregarding.
