To your question about how we differentiate in the market: Our focus is on building a tool for individual contributors (not managers or RevOps). By integrating with other tools in their stack (CRM, conversational intelligence, Email, etc.), we simplify and streamline their workflows. To address your question about "applying sales plays": This is where our AI copilot comes into play. By leveraging pipeline data (i.e., CRM data, activity data, notes, etc.), we can identify similar deals across the pipeline and recommend what is the best sales play As an example, we aim to be able to: (A) Identify when a deal is trailing behind (or stuck) based on historical data (B) Propose the right stakeholder profile to engage based on the progress in the sales cycle (C) Recommend who would be the best contact to follow up/connect/involve (D) Create a personalized message based on the contact's profile, compelling event in their company, and your product. The recommendations and generated content are ultimately embedded in AEs' workflows, rather than live in different systems (out of sight, out of mind!) In my experience it's easy to get sales people to try something out, but harder to make it stick. Can you highlight some of the ideas you have to maximize the onboarding --> stickiness journey? Congrats on the launch — looks exciting! Can you share more about how this would fit into a team's sales tech stack? Would you use it alongside outbound/prospecting tools like Apollo or Pipedrive — but replace CRM tools like Pipedrive?

@vince_jeong thank you for the support and for your great questions! Pod doesn't replace any CRM nor does it replace any prospecting tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft. It works in pair with these tools and helps salespeople more easily manage their pipeline of open opportunities (after lead qualification)! Account executives are the ones who will benefit the most from a tool like Pod. I hope that this clarifies :)

Enterprise sellers love Pod because it helps them to better understand how to navigate their deals and how to push them forward. Greatly appreciate the comment and question: From a prioritization perspective, we're mostly focused on supporting account executives today in North America (US and Canada)! We've had the opportunity to support account executives in both SMB and Enterprise organizations, but from a pilot perspective, we've done more work with organizations. Great questions, @carl_jobin_shaw ! I love those :) + Today, we integrate with Salesforce as the main CRM, but have a roadmap of additional ones! The way Pod interacts with these CRMs is by helping salespeople to their data more easily and update it in seconds (vs. having to work out of a clunky CRM). + Regarding efficient sales cycles, YES! Absolutely, this is where our insights and predictive analytics will come into play.
