But still, to get started with Plerdy, similarly to the Google Analytics, you should add tracking code firstly.

@sonika_zonka_feedback Thanks for feedback! For now it`s only for websites, but Plerdy supports also all dynamic elements, SPA or JS files. We are planning to add app analyzing in the future.

You can create your custom design of the NPS popup form and set various conditions to show it on the website, for example: If you want to discover reasons for the users leaving your pages you can set it up to be shown in the case of users` exit intent. The results and calculated score will be available in the admin dashboard.
