Great stuff! We already do screen recording to report bugs (I guess as everyone else does...), but there still is so much context missing that you need to add lengthy (and chaotic) messages to engineering. Improving this would help a lot....
@ivo_scherkamp yes!! You're 100% right. We have a screen recording feature built in as well if you'd like to attach a video to a report after you're uploaded a DevReport.
We've noticed that most of the time the automatically captured information is more than enough to communicate what happened since each report has the screenshots and events leading up to the issue.
Were you able to set up the chrome extension easily? It should only take a minute to set up, and I'd love your feedback to hear how this changes your issue communication workflow.

As a QA tester on our own team, it's CRAZY how much this feature of our application has changed my day to day. I am able to easily communicate any problems I find to any member of the team without worry they are going to say it's not reproducible or they need more information about what happened. I now even just send over possible problems without feeling like i'm bothering our engineering team to be safe I didn't find a one off issue.
I hope you all enjoy as much as I do - never has testing been this fun for me but I look forward to it now! It's the universal translator I never knew I needed. I call the times before it the dark times...

This is the most helpful feature for any developer and QA. Internally we used this feature and it helps a lot. It has good set of things like steps with screenshots, Console log, Network history and Local/Session Storage. which are useful while debugging a bug.
Personally i like this feature and using it from beta version itself, and it helps plus saves a lot of time in debugging/reproducing a bug. I would recommend this to all.
@kshirbhate yes!!!! It's been crazy to see how heavily our team uses this before it hits production. I think we forgot how to do it the old way, haha

As a product leader an an early stage startup, using DevReports to communicate with engineers is huge – its like a translator for all things bugs. I highly recommend this for anyone that knows how painful bug reporting can be... It has completely streamlined our processes and made us so much more efficient as a team!
As an engineer, I love this product because it lets me quickly communicate with non-technical members of my team. Instead of asking them to write long descriptions of what they did & the issue they ran into, and then trying to reproduce that problem on my end, I can just use the bug report generated by PlayerZero. This quickly lets me scope out the problem instead of wasting both my and my team's time.

This is truly the missing piece to holistically feeding product issues to product and engineering teams. Would have made my days in customer success much easier as well!

@odt___ Thanks so much Odun! It's honestly sped up our debugging process so much since we started using it internally. Manual bug reports are obviously a huge time sink, but it wasn't until DevReports that we realized how much time it was taking for us to record sessions with other tools, add comments to flesh out the context, etc. Now, having all the info our devs need at the click of a button makes it so easy. Hope you and your team enjoy!
@odt___ Hi Odun! I see you're launching soon with on PH, really intrigued by what you guys are making! As your team finalizes your build for going live, give DevReports and try. It will save you a ton of time, it made a huge difference for us.

Were you able to explore some of the features like screenshot annotating or local storage / session storage capturing? It takes the experience to a whole other level
