I am extremely excited to launch placy.org today!
Placy is a free service for creating placeholders easily and fast. They are basically dummy images that, you can use when don't have real content on your webpage during the developing process.
After you've finished editing your placeholder and have chosen the file type (PNG, JPG or SVG), you will be able to get its data URL or download it, if needed.

Really useful project! The only annoying thing is lack of color picker so you can easily choose colors.
