It has many of the same features as Adobe Photoshop, the industry standard, and most users could very easily do what they need to do without investing in Photoshop, Corel, or any other relatively expensive software. I’m not saying it is a replacement for those applications, if you are a professional graphic designer or photographer you already know you will need as robust a program as possible, but most people are not selling artwork or having it produced in large quantities at a commercial print shop. For the types of projects most people do this program has more than enough capability. If you decide you love image editing and design you can always spend a lot of money purchasing the most robust software possible, and you will have learned much of what you need to know using this editor so you will be ahead of the game.
