Ahh, the character/mascot is so great! Dealing with bills and customer support is such a drag, this could easily be seen as a "grudge product" that people don't want to spend money on. But you've executed the idea in such a delightful way, it looks fun! Nice job, and congrats on the launch!

I love this concept and look forward to using it more as its capabilities expand. I noticed when signing up that I did not learn anything about the credits and how they are used even when prompted to buy a package, same for the Caller ID. Who is calling me and where are they calling me? When I asked the bot for help it just kept going back to trying to help me get help with bills and while I appreciate the look of simplicity, I do not see anything that would help someone who needs assistance. Is there a timeline as to when this information and ability will be added?

We’ve got the chops to tackle messy billing issues and make sure customers get a fair shake. Right now, we’re laser-focused on telecom, but heads up: we’re gearing up to dive into utilities, hotels, online subscriptions, online shopping and even more :-)
