@_klen Pet insurance has been a total lifesaver for us - interesting play on that here. Also an interesting subscription product for our Pay by Bank payment method...we're solving involuntary churn by billing at the right time of the month for a customer and offer a discount to the customer since it costs much less to transact by bank than via cards. Congrats on the launch! To be honest, for $29/month I’d be willing to pay for the online vet only. The insurance looks like an insane bonus to that. Considering your main product are pet cameras, can owners also give access to the videos to your online vets for better diagnostics?

A pet-focused, non-AI launch!? Speaking my language! 😆 My dog is turning 13 this year so her health (and quick access to help) have been on my mind. She had a seizure in the middle of the night around Christmas and I would have LOVED to have 24/7 online chat support. Congrats on the launch! 🙌
