Perchance — The app that turns "the one that got away" into "the one".
Our mission is to offer users a second chance at reconnecting with someone they may have shared a passing moment with. Using GPS, Perchance locates other users that were in your immediate vicinity at the same time as you. When two users confirm a missed connection, the Perchance app gives them the ability to coordinate a time and venue to meet.

Thanks for checking out Perchance! Our mission is to offer users a second chance at reconnecting with someone they may have shared a passing moment with. Using GPS, Perchance locates other users that were in your immediate vicinity at the same time as you. When two users confirm a missed connection, the Perchance app gives them the ability to coordinate a time and venue to meet.
We're in our pre-launch phase, raising funds, and are currently in development! Our plan is to offer the app in the city of Miami first and expand from there. Dave i would suggest taking a look at something i found year or so ago that remind me of similar concept to yours called " Happn " you might want to take a look

@yevda - Imagine if Happn was much more concise and without the random strangers you have no interest in meeting and you have Perchance. Happn can attempt to connect you with random users (who may or may not be real people) in your city who are several football fields or miles away from you like Tinder. Perchance can connect you with that one person you actually have an interest in seeing again who you saw throughout your day. This app is for people who want something more than just swiping and want a second chance at that special someone they saw. It is a different offering completely than a Happn or Tinder.
