Pendo is an online app for landlords that simplifies the time consuming, mundane tasks facing property managers. No longer does a landlord need to use a shoebox full of receipts and an Excel spreadsheet to manage the most valuable asset they own.

The app keeps me organized. I can track my expenses and income for each property, which makes tax time easier. It's easy to build my property website in the app and share them through my social sites and organize leads as they come in. I can also send an online lease agreement within 5 minutes. I love their mobile move-in / move-out inspection app! I love being paperless and not having to worry about losing pieces of paper, including receipts. I couldn't imagine managing my properties without it!
Pros:Easy to use, intuitive interface, not expensive and great customer support
Cons:Perhaps adding a tenant portal down the road for maintenance requests - although I don't know how much I would need to use it.
