Came across this when looking for a .pdf reader for mac where I can mark up and do simple take-offs from construction drawings...love the clean interface and the ability to calibrate measurements; in fact I might well ditch my current PC software and use this as well! https://www.qoppa.com/pdfstudio/

Pros:

Clean interface, with all the tools I need!

Cons:

No cons I can think of yet...

I was looking for a pdf editor in Linux and that's not an easy task. I used Windows editors that literally let you do whatever you want and needed similar tools for Linux.

Hopefully, I found Pdf Studio Pro from Qoppa that fullfits all my requirements.

You will need no more tools, eventhough you're a professional in this subjects.

Developers gives a really good support answering emails really fast.

Good work Qoppa's workteam

Pros:

Every tool you'll need working with pdf docs

Cons:

I can't see anything relevant

I had been trying to find a PDF editor, in Linux that would edit scanned documents. I can tell you that it is not easy. I was amazed at this software PDF Studio Pro. It does not only edit scanned documents but a whole range of edits including creating PDF's. Brilliant, fantastic software and on Linux, what more do you want. Oh, and in Windows.

PDF studio Pro is a fantastic product to create and edit your pdfs. It helped me transition from Windows to Linux as far as pdf editing is concerned. It has great features to enable the editing and annotating the pdfs. And unlike other paid and free software, it lets you import and export your settings to quickly restore your favorite layout of the product. To me this was one of the distinguishing features.

If you're switching to linux and looking for something that allows you to do *really anything* you want to do with PDFs, the only option, as far as I can tell, is PDF Studio. It's great--full featured, fast, stable. I am very happy with it. A great replacement for Acrobat Pro.

PDF studio is a very user friendly tool that allows you to manipulate PDF documents: from adding pages, to rotate them, or insert text, or even sign and secure the document. The layout resembles office word documents, so it is familiar to most users and makes it very easy to find the icons and use the multiple options it offers. It is very useful and I definitely recommend it if you normally work with PDF files.

Best PDF editor I have come across in terms of usability of GUI and reliability in executing PDF related tasks like editing, Merging etc. PDF files. I like its ribbon interface particularly.

The main feature that sold me on PDF Studio was Sequential Renaming. I've had form fields with duplicate names, and this feature made is easy to batch rename all of the fields at once! The layout of the program took a little getting used to, but after a short while it is easy to use. PDF Studio is a great alternative to the "Big Box" product. Paying one price instead of a subscription is a definite selling point for me.
