I am not sure if it is technically considered a product (mods - feel free to remove it if it doesn't meet the criteria) but I have had a similar idea about such a program/service to help people transition back into the workforce and this is a great initiative by one of the companies, hoping this will inspire many others. It is also a win-win for the company as well to increase diversity and also to potentially discover a lot of talent that may have been waiting for the right opportunity like this one. It is like a paid internship program to help relaunch women into the workforce (only women in tech for now but they hope to expand in the future) but at the end of your 20 weeks with Paypal, candidates be considered for full time roles.
