The problem is: you cannot protect an idea. This only serves to scare the little guy. This PPA thing, It does not stand in a court of law in the US or anywhere in the world.
I paid for a trademark in early April and never heard a word back from them. No confirmation, no updates. Now I'm wondering if my $200 is gone..?
