Firstly, our team has experience with email marketing, so we know how important and powerful it is. For example, your brand's social media can be blocked or suspended (we saw that happen!), but your subscriber list is truly yours. We wanted to put it to even more use!
Secondly, we know it can be challenging to find new partners, so we wanted to ensure that our clients can utilize the resources they already have. Similarly to a refer-a-friend program, you're reaching people who have already decided they like what you're doing!
Also, people usually are friends with someone who shares their interests and likes similar things - so it's a lot easier to reach your target audience.
Additionally, gamification is great for increasing engagement - we want your subscribers to be excited to open your newsletter.
I could list more reasons, but I'll stop myself before this becomes a wall of text! 😁

However, I think it's even more important and impactful for small businesses since there might not be a huge budget to spend on traditional advertising. So I'd say as soon as those subscribers start rolling in!
