Parsio extracts structured data from emails, PDFs, and files (Excel, HTML, CSV, XML) using AI-powered parsers.
The parsed data can be exported to Sheets, webhooks, and 6000+ apps, saving you hours of work each week and increasing accuracy β .
Hi product hunters! π
My name is Andrew, and I'm the creator of Parsio.
The story began back in 2016 when I was developing e-commerce extensions as a side project and selling them on different marketplaces. The problem was that these marketplaces didn't have an API, so I was constantly checking my inbox to generate and send license keys to customers. It was a tedious and time-consuming process.
That's when I came up with the idea to create a simple email parser in Python to automate this process.
In early 2021, I made the difficult decision to leave another company I co-founded and focus on something new. I had been thinking about the email parser idea for a while, and I saw its potential as a startup. So, I took the leap and committed myself to making it a reality π. And that's how Parsio was born!
π WHAT WE DO
Parsio is all about data extraction, data entry and automation.
We extract structured data from:
β Emails
β PDFs
β Files: Excel, HTML, CSV, XML, JSON and more,
using no-code parsing templates and AI-powered parsers.
The parsed data is exported in real time to Sheets, webhooks, and 6000+ apps via Zapier/Make/n8n, saving you hours of work each week and increasing accuracy.
π€ HOW PARSIO WORKS
1/ Create a special @io.parsio.io address, forward your emails & files (or use Zapier/API).
2/ Use our pre-trained AI models for automatic extraction OR use a simple point-and-click UI to tell Parsio what data to extract.
3/ Export the parsed data anywhere in real-time.

Amazing, I like the idea that it instantly "translates" docs into human-readable format. One question, how do you guys treat other data in emails, for example, if I receive a lot of sensitive info and I am not sure I want to share with 3rd party?
@igorpavlov Parsio only extracts and parses the data from documents that you specifically forward or import. We have strict privacy and data protection policies in place (https://parsio.io/data-protection/).
You can also configure our data retention rules to automatically remove imported documents from Parsio inboxes.
@igorpavlov LLMs will soon run on your own HW. With better quantification of the models etc. So apps will start supporting local processing etc. Privacy with cloud AI is a nightmare atm.
This looks cool @andrewio ! π Would I be able to extract data from Airtables (that disable download/export) into CSVs or is that not a kosher use case? :)
@robinsinghvi Hey Robin, Parsio can parse and extract structured data from emails, PDFs, HTML, Excel, XML, CSV, JSON but it is not designed to extract data from Airtable :)
I will just keep this short & sweet, since Parsio makes my workflow shorterand sweeer, daily! Life is so much easier with this! Cool guys working contnuously behind a cool service!
Parsio is a very useful app. It's very affordable compared to the alternatives out there for parsing data on platforms like Zapier and Pabbly. I value this app.
THis is such a great platform!! It's super easy and super useful. We use it to get bank notices and create external notifications to our messaging systems, amongst other things. Highly recommend this to anyone that needs to organize email data into workflows!
The cherry on top is the highly engaged team behind it!
@alexey_yurkevich Thank you! We use pre-trained AI models for parsing PDF files, and we also have custom AI models planned for release within the next 2-3 months.
"I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to this NFT and USDT recovery hacker for all that he did for me during one of the most stressful and painful times in my life. His professionalism and guidance, at a time when I questioned myself how dumb I was to give out $1.2 Million Usdt to an NFT trading scammer, helped me to accept that so long there is a problem, there will always be a solution. He provided me with irrefutable proof that strengthened my doubts about the possibility of recovering or tracking lost BTC or USDT. I have no doubt about the decisions I made afterward. It took a while but success was achieved in recovering all the USDT Tokens I had sent. At a time when I felt like my whole world was tumbling down around me, his concern was truly appreciated. I highly recommend his services and while I hope never to need him again, I will be sure to call him if need be. Thanks so much, Cyber Genie Teamβ

Looks good. I would immediately start working on 3.0 with enhanced privacy features. That's where the pain is in b2b + AI. And we all know how painkillers makes a lot of money.
