We're so proud of our latest feature release. Bookings for Paperform is all about opening up the ability to schedule appointments as a part of a larger form. There are a lot of great scheduling tools out there, but there just as many use-cases for scheduling that require more to be captured than just a meeting. Here's a glimpse of what's possible with Bookings for Paperform:
1. Generate a price for how long a service will take, take the payment, and let the customer choose the time-slot from your availability - all in one form.
2. Let the customer choose a range of dates for a booking or a hire, and calculate the cost based on the number of days they have selected.
3. Take multiple appointments on a single form.
4. Create simple "Schedule a 30 minute meeting" forms fast.
Our new "Appointments" field type helps make these uses cases a reality. The appointment field can connect to a Google Calendar, and be tightly configured to behave the way you need. Because it's just another field type, you can use more than one on a form.
The other secret ingredient in this release is an update to our "Calculations" field, which adds a bunch of functions for working with dates, such as calculating the times between two dates, formatting dates, and others.

We use Paperform in our business for many different purposes and it works GREAT at all of them.
This is how Paperform help our business;
-Simple contact form
-Complicated consultation request form
-Collecting feedback from our customers
-Collecting our customers' flight details
-Collecting our customers assessment forms with signature field (I think not legally binding but still it seems more serious )
-Gathering feedback from providers about customers thanks to their prefill functionality.
-We collected booking deposits using their forms as well but switched to an invoicing platform
Their team very responsive. Both of the founders are very available and respond to your questions/requests. (if needed)
I think they are a phenomenal provider and they constantly add MEANINGFUL features .
This is EXCELLENT, and a very obvious feature missing in all the other products. Makes perfect sense if i'm a gym, dentist, parlour or anyone to use this to close the loop in all the way from acquisition, payment and now booking.

Very very excited about this - I already use Paperform very often, so having this option just adds to all the other great features that make this software basically perfect. I’m already imagining myself using it in my business - so awesome job, Paperform team!

@dean_mcpherson this is awesome! We've been a paid Paperform agency user since day 1 and this is exactly why...love the speed of builds y'all are doing down in Australia!
We currently use Calendly, and this almost replaces it for it, albeit a few wishes for the product. I realize the target is not exactly a Calendly replacement, but rather for the service industry so take this feedback from a place of excitement for y'all and ignore if you want =)
* We're a remote + flexible team, so hours are all over the place. Ideally the Availability could match up against multiple GCals (work, personal, family, events, etc.) — none of the existing products do this well, and as a parent who has agendas across multiple schedules it feels like a miss.
* We schedule global meetings — allowing the user to select in their own timezone is necessary (this one is kind of a dealbreaker for us, unfortunately)
* In Event Details, ask whether I want Google to add Meet details automatically or not. Seems like there's an API for this: https://developers.google.com/ca... — we had to disable auto-adding these details company-wide because Calendly doesn't have this. Would prefer the service would just ask if we wanted Meet details added automatically to the events it creates or not.
@parterburn thanks Paul, amazing feedback! RE timezones, from the submitters perspective, they'll see the times in their TZ, and can also change it if they need to.
That's a great point about multiple calendars, we'll have to see what we can do 🙂
