I am amazed to come across this and so thrilled that this exists! This should be a necessity for every startup out there. It’s not easy doing all of this manually. Glad that this product exists. Thanks for creating this! I am in love with it!
DeWayne Johnson
@jessicamalini Thanks Jessica :) That's the goal. We want Panther to be a no-brainer for all startups.

This looks amazing. Bookmarking it for future use. I have a team of contractors in a few countries that I am hoping we can turn full time soon. This can definitely help.
DeWayne Johnson
@husseinyahfoufi Thanks Hussein! This is one of our most common use cases. We love helping startups convert contractors to full-time. Ping me (dewayne@withpanther.com) when you're ready and I'll get you set up.

Hi everyone 👋 I’m Sanja, Head of Product at Panther. I’m so excited that we are finally launching! I’ve been working on making global hiring a simple and easy process trough product planning and design. Lots of diagrams, components, prototypes, specs, and sprints, so feel free to send any design / product-related questions my way. I’m very passionate about my work on this because it will open up so many opportunities for people from small countries like my home country of Macedonia 🇲🇰 This is what being hired trough Panther means to someone like myself:
 💼 Being recognized as more than just a contractor or a second-class citizen 📈 Having the opportunity to receive stock options for your hard work 🏦 A better credit score because of stable income ☔️ Full coverage for local benefits and contributions (eg. pension, healthcare, unemployment) 🧠 Eliminating “Brain Drain” in your home country 🏝 The freedom to work from anywhere in the world Excited to learn more? Visit our website and drop us a message!

@moynihan thanks Shaun!

@dave_goldblatt Dave, I love this. Thanks for sharing, it's some that deeply resonates with the team and I.

Hey Everyone! For the last few years, my focus has been on democratizing access to talent. First, as an early Sales hires at Lambda School and now as the Partnerships + Growth Lead at Panther. I feel lucky to work with such a passionate, iterative, and dynamic team. Employing and paying people globally isn't easy. It's complex, expensive, and time-consuming. We're making it simple, affordable, and efficient. If this is something that resonates with you (or someone you know), feel free to check out our site :)
Jipy Mohanty
Love this! Don't have a use case yet, but bookmarking for use, hopefully, in near future. Perhaps a blog post on how to do location based pay right?
Katerina
In-love with your mission to 'democratize talent' and believe every global startup is 100% behind you. Thank you for solving an extremely complex issue 🙏
Sanja Zakovska
Thanks for all the support and guidance @skaterina 🍻 Excited to see where this takes all of us!

I'm an advisor for Panther and I'm so excited to see how this idea has grown. This team is exceptional, and they are working incredibly hard to change the way that the world hires. More than that, they are pushing to reshape the way we look at remote work and global labor. I'm confident that they will become the go-to tool for startups looking to build their teams with high quality, affordable talent.

Employing globally is incredibly hard. I know this because I’ve been there. In 2019, my team and I were building Chefit, an app that hoped to make it easy for people to order food from personal chefs. Due to COVID-19, Chefit closed. Still, we didn’t rest until we found new jobs for the team. But being a 100% remote and global team posed a few challenges. Employing abroad was a month, sometimes year-long ordeal, resulting in an expensive investment of, at least, $80,000 per country, just to be compliant with local labor laws. That scared companies away, but it also prevented them from hiring the incredibly talented people I was proud to vouch for. That’s why we started Panther: to help companies focus on growing world-class teams, wherever they are, by doing the heavy work for them in hours, not months. Without them going bankrupt in the process. I'd love for you to check it out, and send any feedback or feature requests our way! - Matt Redler, Co-Founder + CEO

Pretty cool! Question.. Could you use for a consulting/staffing firm?
DeWayne Johnson
@alex_papageorge Thanks Alex! Yes, if the consulting/staffing firm is looking to employ someone non-local, we definitely can help.

Today is the day! printf(“Hello World!\n”); .. and in our case literally 😊, Crazy story for you all, couple of years ago a friend of mine phones me, says, getting you in touch with this guy who’s got an idea; needs someone technical to execute; see if you can work together. Sure, I mean, new client, extra income, same (decades) old setup: remote team of contractors, building something and moving on to the next thing. Oh boy, was I wrong…we get to know each other and there’s me at point contemplating wearing a tinfoil hat, because @redlermatt basically is voicing ideas and thoughts in my head (that have fallen on deaf ears over the years) about how a distributed remote team should not be just a bunch of hired guns, no “second-class citizens”, team members should have shares and true ownership in what they are contributing to, the list goes on. Now, bear in mind this is all regarding Chefit, our previous start-up, and remote experience has nothing to do with the core product we are building. So, insert here a few paragraphs about the red tape, cost, and law/compliance induced anxiety that we went through when setting up an international entity, fast forward through one heck of a wonderful 2019, and whatever adjective you want to use for 2020; it’s 2021 now and we are officially launching Panther!!! Panther is not just a company or a service we offer, it’s a way of allowing global teams to capture and share all the wonderful experiences we’ve had building 2 remote companies so far, by allowing us to take care on their behalf all the background heavy lifting. Finally if there’s one thing I would like for all of you to take away from this post is that everything we do and build is Made With ❤️ From Around The 🌍

We've been working with Matt & his team to help us find a designer. It has been a blast. Looking forward to their future success! Congrats, team!

Looks amazing! Could be a real game changer for startups to access the global talent pool! Great job!
Aaron Froug
Unbelievable concept and product. Truly bringing the world together! Congrats to the entire Panther team and all of the hard work you've put into this.
Sanja Zakovska
@aaron_froug Thanks for supporting us!

?makers It's one thing to handle payroll, but i haven't seen any other company promise compliance and benefits. Would this also be useful in state to state remote workers in the US, or is it mainly focused on international connections? I've personally see the complications of providing health care packages lead to "not providing them at all" or suddenly was was going to be an employee becomes an 'independent contractor'
Anita Kirkovska
There is certainly an enormous need for a solution like this. Go team!
Zara Navasardyan
