@arth_tyagi Thank you, appreciate the support! I'm finding that our users get the most value from:
1. Interacting with their DB through Airtable, which is easier to click around with than e.g. pgAdmin
2. Using Airtable as a read-only tool for their team: instead of exporting data from Postgres or using BI tools, just connect to Airtable and set up a dashboard in 5 minutes
3. Pulling data that lands in Airtable (e.g., from Airtable Forms) into Postgres in real-time so that any part of the stack reliant on Postgres (e.g., a customer-facing site) is automatically updated

1. Struggled to access the production data they needed because of engineering bottlenecks,

@foxyloxy Yes - we will be able to archive your data in Postgres and allow you to pull in a subset of the data to Airtable using filters.
