Recently came across this service and decided to give it a try. Experienced some browser-related issues downloading the printable version of the survey, but the developer fixed this immediately. Highly responsive customer service!
Not experiencing any issues using the service. All answers were correctly extracted. The SPSS export function is really useful for further analysis of the results.
