PageBot is a GPT-powered customer service agent that trains on your website's content and can retrieve more contextual information via existing REST APIs.
Billing is usage based, so you pay for only what you use.
Hi guys,
Here's what PageBot does differently from the competition.
The major philosophy behind PageBot is declarative data sources; you specify content to be used by the bot via meta tags.
Once specified the data is retrieved by PageBot transparently (no dashboards!) behind the scenes.
And I believe this paradigm opens up a whole slew of flexibility: you could dynamically change the datasources to fit the context of the current visitor
An example:
A registered user wants information about his pending order, simply specify a pagebot source:
meta name='pgbt:source' content="api.mysite/orders?userId=xxx" data-expires="60"
The above tells PageBot to perform a get request at the specified url, and to cache the data for 60 seconds.
This sort of flexibility is currently impossible with using the "upload file to dashboard" paradigm.
Some other features that set it apart from competition:
1. Usage based pricing: $0.05 per message (unlimited data sources)
2. CSS Customisation
3. Knowledge gap detection: you're notified when PageBot can't find information about a query.
4. A Cute Mascot :)
