Hey 👋 , hunters!
Just over a year ago, @shirin_bradfield kickstarted a journey to uncover how we best support meaningful research on a budget.
We'd often see customer feedback along the following lines; "We don't need everything you offer?", "Do you have a cheaper plan?", "I can't afford $199 per month".
