great idea! How secure is OLY.AI’s Self-Sovereign Model (SSM) when it comes to handling sensitive QuickBooks data? Can OLY.AI handle complex queries involving multiple QuickBooks accounts or cross-entity data analysis? Are there any limitations to the types of questions OLY.AI can interpret, or is it capable of understanding industry-specific jargon? How does the personalized assistance feature adapt to different job functions? Can it learn from user interactions to improve its suggestions over time?

Hi @brianyang. Thx for your questions. OLY.AI does not train our model on customer data, we rely on NLP to match user queries with predefined skills that are able to do entity & topic extraction. This ensures that the user data always remains private & avoids hallucination.
OLY.AI can handle complex queries but using multiple QBO accounts would require authorization by those entities & we haven't yet met anyone with that need. Rather we enable the fractional CFOs & bookkeepers using our platform to switch companies & thus switch QBO accounts to quickly get to the information they need.
It's maybe important to understand OLY.AI is a mixture of experts (MoE) agent. Our first layer of understanding is NLP that matches the user utterance to specific skills or functions, when we identify a low confidence of a match we route to a company specific GPT tuned to details of the company & the user's role. If the user is asking specific questions about their company data we answer that question, if the user is asking something outside of that domain we rely on GPT to help deliver a useful answer. So OLY.AI is able to understand anything we train it on, beyond the business data OLY can deliver generative answers.
The personalization feature delivers suggested prompts based on the user's role & the industry they operate in. Essentially we are identifying what prompts would be most useful for the user & suggest them.
Yes, OLY.AI can learn your query patterns overtime & make better suggested prompts with your vendor names, customer names, GL items, & commonly asked questions.
