No gamification, rewards, or noisy public praise walls here. How it works 📝 : Employees are prompted with pre-written messages on delightful little cards. When they find just the right one, they can add their own custom message and send it to a special colleague. When you receive a card, you click and hold to reveal your colleague's kind words for a fun moment of celebration. Managers and employees discuss recognition received and given, keeping a much-needed focus on the positive aspects of their work. But wait there’s more... ❗️ Culture leaders, you can soon create custom Good Vibes collections ✨. Collections allow you to add sets of recognition cards that help you promote your company’s values, or any other theme, as your teams recognize each other using Good Vibes. You'll also soon be able to toggle Good Vibes cards and collections on and off to fine-tune the vibe of your company’s recognition, or simply mix things up a little.
