@marinatrajkovska As a user, I’ve found the interview prep to be incredibly helpful. Candidates can feel more prepared and empowered heading into an interview.
With my employer hat on, I like that it doesn’t do the interview for the candidate, but it helps them prepare and draw in the entirety of their experience when answering questions - making the evaluation process more efficient, particularly for those first rounds.

Additionally, crafting a unique and compelling headline on your resume can immediately signal to hiring managers that you’re actively looking to shift careers and bring valuable skills to their team.
For example, instead of a generic title like "Marketing Professional," you could write:
"Data-Driven Marketer Pivoting to Product Management"
This not only shows your intent but also reassures employers that you have relevant experience to make the switch.
