How does your tool factor in the user experience optimization at a persona level? For example - most research teams have a set of users persona hypothesized to interact with the product in certain ways, and this archetyped information is key for them.

Lots of stuff about this is exciting but the tester recruitment seems really nice to get people in the door at the start! I'm guessing this is web only at this point? Any plans for mobile?
