Congrats on the launch. We created Amio.io with the aim to provide a unified API. Interesting to see something similar yet focused wholly on Intercom. We were thinking about adding support for Intercom too. However, they offer only text messages via their API. What are your views on platform dependency here? If a customer of yours wants to move away from Intercom, what options do you plan to offer?
