I just linked up our business and added our founding team + advisors.

I love that we can add unlimited team members under the free tier and integrate all of our key BI metrics to see the complete picture from one dashboard.

Pros:

Simple, clean UI. Plenty of integrations. Free.

@lararusso_ny, it would be awesome if you integrated Hubspot. I'm not sure if it's on the roadmap, but we would love to track number of deals in each stage of the pipeline.

@lararusso_ny ?Makers I am really upset with how my account and onboarding was handled with your team, especially "Jessica". We just tried the platform for our agency, and while we liked the platform enough to pay you guys before our trial ended, you just decided to basically steal our money and ban us because we were upset you were emailing our clients broken links. While the platform was overall very nicely designed and well thought out, it was missing critical aspects such as many of the newer Facebook Standard Events (Schedule, etc.) and also had extremely limited customization options of gauges. Overall, the worst part of our experience was the platform is literally broken. Every email sent out with the Whitelabeling option includes 2 out of 3 BROKEN links, which automatically goto a broken domain which your support said was something you would not remove or fix. Basically, every email includes this - Business Performance Dashboards • Automated Client reporting Both of these links goto a domain we don't control and it doesn't work. The support first said we couldn't remove this, then later said we could in a few months in a later release. I have a team of 6 developers, and it could CERTAINLY be removed since it's NOT A WORKING FEATURE. It seems to be a prerelease code intended for a future customizable template. The bigger issue is, I told support I would need to cancel my account if this wasn't removed, and they just sent me cancellation instructions. I had just signed up 4 days before and we already started to onboard our customers, so obviously I was upset no one was listening or cared. We aren't a small client, we have 80 different accounts right now. This would be a massive support issue for us, since the first client we onboarded got confused. I emailed back upset and included the word "idiots", which was def not right but when you guys don't even read what I say that kind of implies the word. I got a reply back saying I was cancelled from Octoboard by "Jessica" due to my communication and I violated my terms. I did not receive a refund and have not got a response since to get my money back. I have literally signed up for hundreds of SaaS products, including doing consulting and advertising for major brands and NEVER experienced something like this. I'd like to see action taken on this matter, and I'd like my money back.

Hi Lara @lararusso_ny, Can I use it for more than one business?

I wouldn't recommend octoboard in any form. I thought their UI looked slick and their native freshdesk integration was great, but when I tried to upgrade to a paid plan, the platform crashed. I reached out to their support team and was asked for more and more screenshots and proof, seeming offended that I had found something wrong with their product. They made sure to add the fact that no one has ever complained about this before, please send more info. They then requested I send a full screenshot including my credit card info. When I asked if they could give me a free month so I could get started to while they worked out their bugs, I was given a curt 'no'. Maybe the product is good, but their support team sucks.
