NVIDIA Chat with RTX — Build a localized, personal AI chatbot

Was just chatting about what a localized AI would look like with @rajiv_ayyangar and then Nvidia go ahead and launch one!

To save you some time : Platform Windows GPU NVIDIA GeForce™ RTX 30 or 40 Series GPU or NVIDIA RTX™ Ampere or Ada Generation GPU with at least 8GB of VRAM RAM 16GB or greater OS Windows 11 Driver 535.11 or later

How dose this differ from apps like ollama that have been around?

Good to see Nvidia crossing into the software space to promote GPU usage. I would love to see affordable local external plug-and-play GPU hardware that you can have at home to power anything you want while keeping your data private.
