This is the best product I have seen, combating dark patterns of the web with their own tactics. Love this! It has single handedly improved my productivity and self awareness around my usage. Highly recommend!

Hi everyone! Nudge has a bunch of different interventions that are designed to help you stay away from addictive sites without getting so intrusive that you want to delete it altogether. It's also fully opt-in, so you choose exactly how to get nudged. My theory (inspired by the Nudge concept in economics) is that a layer of clever design can undo much of the damage of products designed to keep us infinitely engaged. Genuinely less addicted to fb now

I've been enjoying the s*** out of this extension for quite sometime. It actually ERADICATED my dependency on Facebook. Seriously. Single-handedly. I barely use FB anymore and my life is exponentially better. The developer is a sweet, genuine, caring person as well.

I love this product, the design is great, and it serves a great cause. It had a huge impact on my usage of facebook and other websites I was addicted to. And while most of the chrome extensions are pretty impersonal (you don't even know who built them) - the author posts a lot on Medium, to share updates made to the Nudge product, or just to share how much he cares about time well spent, and tries to raise awareness about those companies built and designed to catch your attention, and maximise the amount of time you spend using their products.

If you're looking for an awesome way to break bad habits and become overall more conscious of how you're using the internet, don't look any further! Without being super intrusive, this extension allows you understand your behavior and enables you to make a different choice. I could not recommend it more!

This product allowed me to finally break free from my Facebook and Twitter addiction (I now no longer choose to use these sites) and has allowed me to be mindful of how much time I am spending consuming media.
