I've used Nowadays now multiple times over the last year for events with 300+ people (specifically the Democratize Intelligence summit https://x.com/kylejohnmorris/sta... ) I've been hosting. My brain is so chaotic there's virtually no way I'd be on top of finding the right audio/video team, getting posters, food, and booking venues for dinner. They simplified this process for me so I can focus on getting sponsors, speakers, and the right people in the room - which is the core of what a good event is. I find all the other ops work as critically important but distracting from getting the right people in the room and so knowing I have Nowadays gives me a chance to relax and focus. Shoutout to the team for enabling more great events in the world!

Currently in Costa Rica on a nowadays planned trip? Flights for 12, 2 big houses next to each other, private chef service 2x per day, and even tennis/pickle reservations. Planning a team offsite isn’t our core competency. Luckily, it’s Anna and Amy’s! 😀

Sounds like a great solution for companies that require employees to travel or meet in person ! Have you considered having this kind of event planning for consumers to plan trips and other major events? It might be something of a travel agentic AI that makes hotels and airlines “bid” for their purchase.

Love that the AI handles the negotiation part - that's honestly the most draining aspect of planning. Would be really helpful for those weeks when I'm juggling multiple events at once.
