It helps teams and their leaders manage decisions, boost collaboration, encourage teams and external stakeholders (Clients/Freelancers) to work together, manage tasks, ideas, etc - from a holistic perspective to ensure that everyone who is part of a project is engaged, happy and hold accountable. The NEW "Leadership Hub", was created to enable managers to easily support their teams from that holistic perspective while keeping work organized for them.
Back to your HR question: Managers often share some of the sessions, such as employee performance reviews and team surveys, with the HR team. The HR team can create templates and add deadlines for whenever they need to get input from managers. So, while Nova is not a HR tool, HR teams can be involved in the process and define what they need from the Leadership team.
