Noty.ai — AI meeting assistant for Google Meet

Frequently asked, so let me start with it right away - Noty stands for doing note-taking without actually doing it and focusing on what matters during the meeting (so afford yourself to be quite naughty when it comes to the things that can be automated). We have been proving/ disapproving our experiments for quite a while with our users, but now quite sure that we built something that is making Google Meet at least 4X times better, or Google Meet Pro, if you wish. After trying out other solutions in the market, as well as according to Noty.ai Superheroes, Noty.ai is known for: 1. Seamless and personalised UX/UI: while Noty.ai is running in the background in real-time, every main feature can be used with one click of a button, like sending meeting follow-ups in 5 seconds, or meeting summaries that will be done in a personalised way around your meeting bookmarks; 2. Combination of manual tools and AI: while AI is on its way to reaching human-level accuracy (something to be sorted out in a meantime), we believe that the combination of manual tools and AI is already automating a lot of work and is bringing better results and happier faces. A bit of the most beloved features: 1. Real-time transcription and one-click Highlighting 📝 🖍 While recording meeting is a waste, manual notes all around the place are not making it easier when you have a week booked back-to-back; Noty.ai runs in real-time so helps you better understand what is going on (especially sometimes when it's 2 hours meeting and you accidentally fall asleep). Highlight with one click at any point in the meeting, and we will summarise your meeting around it. 2. AI summaries and meeting intelligence 📈 Once the meeting is done and the main highlight is made (or not), we are summarising it around the bookmarks you have made, so your summary will be generic or personalised including what was important to you (up to you to decide). Action items, tasks detected, and meeting trackers are allowing you to track what is important to you. Just imagine, if you are a startup founder looking for funding and having endless investor meetings - Noty.ai will track all questions and concerns of your "prospects", so you can then improve your pitch and see how to address it faster next time. 3. Automated Follow-up 😱 📩 And finally, my favourite. Once the meeting is over, highlights and summaries are done, click a "Draft follow-up" on a platform and BOOM - you are in Gmail with your meeting follow-up, including highlights and summaries and a fancy subject line. Take a sec to add a personal touch (or not) and your job is done. Now it takes me around 10-20 seconds; compared to the forever I had before, it's a significant improvement. And of course, it is all stored on the Noty platform. Easy-to-understand hierarchy of Workspaces and Spaces allows you to create separate Spaces for your Weekly Sync-ups or Marketing teams or create a new space for every new client you have. Group, filter and easily set up the workflows of automated sending your meeting follow-ups or exporting every single meeting to G-Doc. Congratulations on the launch! Looks interesting would definitely be trying the tool out for my meetings! Does it have integration with slack at the moment too?

Might this integrate with other tools one day? Eg if it logs tasks, could I get those tasks into my task management platform (Asana, monday.com, trello, whatever it may be)?

I can't imagine how useful this is when you need to do Sales prospecting. Any HubSpot integration can't solve it same way with this level of time saving.

This product is a BLESSING! I have never been more calm attending meetings. Plus, it feels so effortless. It is definitely used like Coffee in my life (Which means daily, multiple times a day :D ), and I get so much free time because it does all the note-taking for me!

Thanks to the developers of Noty AI @mykola_zomchak and @natali_marina This is a very convenient application for a business person who has a crazy pace of life and does not have enough time for anything. I like that it is convenient to carry conferences and make calls, the connection is excellent, the picture does not hang, and the sound is good.
