Currently, you can customize the board to match your brand, publish jobs directly from Notion and receive applications in Notion. I'm working to add more features like advanced job board styling, custom apply fields per job, etc.
The most interesting customization happens on Notion side however. Once you connect Notion to Notohire, there is no limit on how you can customize your applicant tracking system. Most ATS tools lock you in their own designed systems.
With Notohire, you can leverage all Notion power features like custom views, Notion AI, integrations etc to build your own workflows.
